Meet Carin Falk, she might be the coolest girl in town. With constantly amazing outfits and an eye for details, she's rocking everything from her own wardrobe to the PR of ATP Atelier. She's also a part of HOBNOB, check ut out.

What are your principles?
Be kind. Also, feelings are facts.

What motivates you?
My friends, always. They are outrages, smart, weird, cool and vulnerable. They give me life.

How do you prefer your coffee?
With Oatly, or not at all.

Meet Caroline Rosencrantz, the creative superstar who just left Hermine Hold in order to be apart of Memmo App. Caroline is spending her spare time on furnishing her new apartment and taking amazing photos. Enough said, she's a true star.

What are your principles?
Why not - and why not me? Might sound overconfident, but I’ve had this mindset since a very young age. It comes down to never limiting yourself or your visions and beliefs on what you can achieve. I think way too many people settle for places, jobs, relationships and standards in general - just because they think anything better would be out of reach. Whenever I start questioning my goals, I go back to this. If something feels too good for me to have, to do or experience, I ask myself - why not, and why couldn’t it be me?

If you want to be great at something, make sure that thing brings you a lot of fucking joy - I’m very competitive and driven in pretty much everything I do, but something I have realized is that itself doesn’t lead to success. For one to be not only good at what you do - but rather the best at it, pure joy and excitement is a must. Hard work and effort will take you far, but the last mile is all heart and passion, and that cannot be forced. That’s what made me change track from becoming a lawyer, to having the best of times building brands instead.

What motivates you?
Omg so, so, so much. I don’t even know where to start? Motivation is probably my biggest skill if you can call it that. I love the whole sense itself, of going forward. So that is probably one thing, never standing still. I always have a super clear vision of where I want to be in the near future, like a golden reason to get up in the morning. Also creating something from the ground, that’s why I love working in start-up companies. It’s such a cliché but the creative freedom in that is the best kick in the world.

How do you prefer your coffee?
It’s a very defined mix - black in the morning and with a sip of oat milk in the afternoon. And most important - lots of it.

Meet Hanna Schmitz, the phenomenal women working with marketing at Google. Hanna has her roots in Uppsala and Minnesota and now she's traveling the world, both in her job and privately. No matter what timezone, she always brings her coffee routine with her.

What principles do you have?
"Treat others the way you would like to be treated" & "If you know what you want and you're willing to work hard, then you can achieve your biggest dreams" Clicheés both of them - but still so true.

What motivates you?
I get really motivated and inspired when I meet people who have found a passion which they have pursued. It's not always easy finding your passion, but when people do you can see that even though they put in a lot of effort and work hard, when they like what they are doing they become naturally talented at it and it looks easy. The trick is to find what you're passionate about.

How do you prefer your coffee?
Brewed with lactose-free milk. The best thing about brewing is that you get "på-tår"!
